Lake Two ----- total pegs 30 Also known as the carp lake and the home of "Big Chief" bought in 2006 weighing 24lb and caught in the summer of 2007 weighing in at 28lb. The lake also has a good head of carp exceeding 20lb along with good sized Bream. It is approximately 2 acres in size with over hanging willow trees in the margins and 3 under water islands along the centre of the lake, these are 3ft under the surface of the water and the average depth is 6 - 8 ft. Lake Two |

Lake Three ----- total pegs 33 Situated in the middle of the complex and has a car park at either end. It has many mature trees and natural features which makes it many anglers favourite. Depths range from 3ft around the island to 9ft along the track side. As it is one of the oldest lakes on site and it holds carp in excess of 20lb also has a great variety of other species including Chubb to 5lb, Crusian Carp to 2.5 lb and Tench to 8lb. Lake Three |

Lake four ----- total pegs 21 The first lake you see on the approach into the complex it is approximately 2 acres in size and has 3 large islands down the middle these are well matured with over hanging trees creating excellent spots for Carp. It was dug in 1999 so is well established with Carp to 14lb also stocked with Crusian Carp, Roach, Rudd, Tench and Perch up to 4lb. It has an average depth of 5 -6ft. |

Lake Four |

Lake five ----- total pegs 26 Lake 5 was dug out at the same time as lake 4 therefore has created a well established lake which is approximately 2 acres in size and consists mainly of Carp, Bream, and specimen Perch up to 5 lb. There is a central island up the middle of the lake and there are also plenty of over hanging features and reeds from the margins. This lake has easy access parking up to the waters edge. Its depth is 4 - 6ft. |

Lake Five |

Lake six ----- total pegs 16 Dug out at the same time as lake 4 and 5, it is a smaller lake only being 1 acre in size and is 6ft in depth. There is a long central island with weeping willows creating great features to fish up to. This lake is well socked with Roach, Rudd, Carp, Crusian, Tench and Bream. |

Lake Six |

Lake seven ----- total pegs 52 Lake 7 is our last lake to be created (2003), It is ideal for large matches and day ticket anglers with a large mixed stock of Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd Bream, Chubb and Crusian Carp. The lake has been designed so that every angler has the same depth 5ft - 6ft and distance to the island (approx 13m). The biggest carp would be approximately 9lb.

Lake eight ----- kingfisher - residents onlyWe have made this lake as interesting as possible, the depths vary throughout the lake ranging between 3ft - 10ft with two islands for extra features. We have tried to keep this lake carp free but there are a few in there around 3lb. The main species are Crusian Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Bream. |
