Lake 1 is part of the original farm and is one of the oldest and most established lakes on site with a central island and lots of natural features creating an interesting and challenging place to fish. It has an average depth of 4 to 6ft throughout. It is well stocked with carp ranging up to 19lb along with Bream. Tench, Roach & Rudd

Also known as the Carp lake and the home to "Big Chief" a 30lb Mirror Carp (pictured below). The lake has a good head of Carp exceeding 20lb along with good sized Bream. It is approximately 2 acres in size with overhanging willow trees in the margins and 3 under water islands along the centre of the lake, approximately 3ft under the surface of the water. The average depth of the lake is 6 – 8ft.

Again lake three is part of the original farm. The mature trees and natural features are perfect to fish into. Depths range from 3ft along the narrow end of the lake to 9ft at the basin end. The lake has carp in excess of 25lb and a good variety of other species including: Chubb to 5lb, Crucian Carp to 2.5lb and Tench to 8lb.

It is approximately 2 acres in size and has three large islands down the middle, these are well matured with over hanging trees creaing excellent spots for Carp. It was dug in 1999 so is well established with Carp to 14lb. It is also stocked with Crucian Carp, Roach, Rudd, Tench and Perch up to 4lb. It has an average depth of 6 – 7ft.

Lake 5 was dug out at the same time as lake 4 in 1999 therefore has created a well established lake which is approximately 2 acres in size and consists mainly of Carp, Bream, and specimen Perch up to 5 lb. There is a central island up the middle of the lake and there are also plenty of over hanging features and reeds from the margins. This lake has easy access parking up to the waters edge. Its depth is 7 - 7.5ft.

Dug out at the same time as lake 4 and 5, it is a smaller lake only being 1 acre in size and is 6ft in depth. There is a long central island with weeping willows creating great features to fish up to. This lake is well stocked with Roach, Rudd, Carp, Crucian, Tench and Bream.

Lake 7 was constructed in 2003 and has become ideal for large matches and day ticket anglers. It is stocked with Carp up to 10lb, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Bream, Chubb and Crucian Carp. The lake has been designed so that every angler has the same depth (5ft) and distance to the island (12m).

We have made this lake as interesting as possible, the depths vary throughout the lake ranging between 3ft - 10ft with two islands for extra features. We have tried to keep this lake carp free but there are a few in there around 3lb. The main species are Crusian Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Bream.
