Adult Only Touring Park

Our luxury touring site has been awarded 5 stars by Visit Britain. The two touring areas have been located to take in the beautiful views across the rolling Leicestershire countryside.

The touring park is split into two main areas, the northern site developed in 2012 has 61 pitches (47 full service) with 5 star luxury log cabin style amenity blocks. Designed as individual bathrooms for the luxurious and private feel. We are always commended for the showers being the best in the UK and won best adult only site in 2017.

The southern part of the park is brand new and opened in April 2018. The 69 full service pitches have been located taking in the stunning views across the rolling farmland and sits adjacent to the recently rebuilt old railway bridge, next to our new 4.5-acre specimen Carp lake. The facilities follow a similar concept with private bathrooms, but housed in beautiful stone buildings each with an accessible wet room.

Eye Kettleby Lakes touring park and glamping pod areas are strictly adult only. Please note, we do allow families to stay in our log cabins and children are permitted to use the fishing lakes on the complex with adult supervision and the tearoom as day visitors.

Beautiful Surroundings

Set across one and half acres, our site boasts beautiful country walks and offers excellent access to our eight coarse fishing lakes. The nearest lake to the touring site is only a 30 second walk away.

Clubhouse

Our clubhouse is the hub of the holiday park and home to our bar and tearoom where we open everyday of the week serving Breakfast (8:30-11:00am) Lunch (12:00-3:00pm), Sunday Lunch (12:30-3:30pm). Our team of chefs prepare delicious homemade cakes and scones on a daily basis. Our bar is open throughout the day serving locally sourced ground coffee, a selection of hot drinks and a full range of cold and alcoholic drinks from the bar, including locally sourced ales and a huge selection of independent gins.

The Eye Kettleby Lakes clubhouse offers a relaxing environment for all of our guests to enjoy a drink from our fully stocked bar with local ales and over 30 different gins (we even allow your four legged friends to join you in our dedicated pet friendly lounge). In the winter it is the perfect spot to sit in front of the roaring fire and enjoy memorable evenings with friends and family.

We also offer a free wireless network in the clubhouse where you can check emails and catch up with family and friends whilst away. Local Ales…. Gin Bar…… Live Music Nights……

Dog Friendly

Our adult only touring is the perfect retreat for our four legged friends. Set across 150 acres the complex offers lovely long walks, a warm water Dog shower and a very dog friendly tearoom & bar area, allowing guests to bring their companion in for a spot of breakfast, lunch or a quiet evening drink.
